What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step by Step:

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the large bowl, tossing well to coat.
  4. Quick, easy, and a great use for leftovers! Can also be made using chicken instead of turkey.
