What You'll Need:
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Step by Step:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the large bowl, tossing well to coat.
- Quick, easy, and a great use for leftovers! Can also be made using chicken instead of turkey.
